Evolution = The Philosophy of Materialism

The philosophy of materialism has been around long before evolutionary theory was formally proposed by Charles Darwin. The amazing fact is that when evolution began to take shape and gather momentum among scientific people, many who adhered to a materialistic philosophy saw evolution as a "proof" that justified their already atheistic world view. So the theory of evolution became the intellectual foundation of humanistic materialism.
