Horror comics

 I've always been drawn to, and enjoyed, Horror comics. Comics with horror themes were always my favorite. Back in the day (as they say).

These were some of the titles I paid attention to. No wonder I had trouble sleeping in my bed alone at night. This is from when I was about 7 years old or so. There were others I liked. It was all about getting a tingle up your back side! HAHA!

I can put the Shroud of Turin to rest QUICKLY!

 

This doesn't need to be a long article in order to nuke the whole "The shroud of Turin may be an image of Christ" idea. Ready? Here we go.

Description of the shroud of Turin:

The Shroud of Turin is a 14 foot long linen cloth (singular) bearing the image of a crucified man.

Description of the cloths (plural) that Jesus had on him as mentioned in the Bible:

"So they took the body of Jesus and bound it in linen cloths (plural) with the spices, as is the burial custom of the Jews." (John 19:40)

"Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went into the tomb. He saw the linen cloths (plural) lying there, and the face cloth, which had been on Jesus' head, not lying with the linen cloths but folded up in a place by itself."(John 20:40)

So this makes the Shroud of Turin totally irrelevant, since it is one single cloth. Not two, as the Bible CLEARLY describes.
