Here is an assessment of my personality:
I have a GREEN (helper/supporter) personality. I like to improvise and I do not believe in getting tangled up with details. I am imaginative and creative, and I like to come up with innovative solutions to problems. I am good at reading other people's emotions, and I am supportive and loyal. I can be inclined to rest on my laurels sometimes, and I do not always challenge others when I should. However, my people skills will make me a popular and valuable colleague.
